How can the Attorney General help you?

The Office of the Attorney General (AG) works in partnership with the Dean of Students Office, providing guidance to students on the University's Academic Integrity Policy, and Student Code of Conduct..  Student advisors are appointed by the Attorney General to assist students through the conduct process.  These advisors are trained by the Dean of Students Office and the Student Government Attorney General on the Academic Integrity Policy  and Student Code of Conduct.

In the fall of 2008, The Office of the Attorney General launched its new initiative entitled: The Office of the Attorney General: Students Helping Students.  As a partnership with the award-winning UNCG Cares: Students Helping Students program, the AG actively supports the premise that all students who are members of the UNCG community have a responsibility to help students who are in distress. The four resource hubs for the program available to students (The Dean of Students Office, Student Academic Services, Housing and Residence Life, and the Counseling and Testing Center), all seek to address students' needs, enabling them to have a more successful academic career.  In addition, the Attorney General is available to give presentations which seek to increase students' awareness on key policies and resources available to them.
