Quick Update
Spring 2010 Special Allocations deadline has been extended until noon on Wednesday, February 3rd due to the weather this week.
Also, to nominate someone for a SGA position, e-mail nominations@uncgsga.org with the first and last name of that person, along with his or her uncg.edu e-mail address. You have until 12:01 on the 5th to get those nominations in!
Elections Timeline
Hey guys, it's Elections time again and here is all you need to know!
Nominations : Febuary 1st - 5th, starting at 12:01 am and ending at 12:01 am on the 5th.
Interest Meetings:
- Febuary 11th at 12:30 pm in the Sharpe Room
- Febuary 11th at 5:00 pm in the Elm Room
- Febuary 12th at 12:00 pm in the Sharpe Room
- Febuary 15th at 12:00 pm in the Dogwood Room
- Febuary 15th at 5:00 pm in the Elm Room
Packets Due: Febuary 17th by 11:59 pm. More information on the packets will be given at the interest meetings.
Candiate Debates:
- Febuary 23rd at 7 pm during the senate meeting, located in Cone Ballroom A.
- Febuary 24th at 7 pm in the Claxton room
Elections:
March 2nd locations:
- Atrium (under caf) from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Cone Ballroom A from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
March 3rd locations:
- Atrium (under caf) from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- EUC commons from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
If you know that you or another person will need an absentee ballot, you will need to request a ballot by the 21st of February. To request a ballot, E-mail ballot@uncgsga.org with the person's student ID number, address and legal name.
First Senate meeting of the new year January 19, 2010.
The first SGA meeting of the new year will be held at 7:00 pm in the EUC Cone Ballroom A. The agenda is located here. Hope to see you all there!
